Service upgrades and panel replacement.
Older panels were never designed for heat pumps, EV chargers and today’s loads. We upgrade the service so your home has capacity to spare.

When to upgrade your panel
If breakers trip regularly, lights flicker when large appliances start, or you are adding an EV charger, heat pump, hot tub or a secondary suite, your service may be at its limit. Outdated panels can also be a safety concern and a problem at insurance time.
What is included
- Assessment of your existing service and electrical load
- Panel replacement and service upgrade, including mast, meter base and grounding as required
- New breakers, labelling and a clear panel schedule
- Coordination with the utility for disconnect and reconnect
- Electrical permit and inspection handled for you
- Added capacity for EV chargers, heat pumps, renovations and suites
Minimal disruption
Power has to be off during the changeover. We plan the work so that outage is as short as possible and we tell you the timing in advance.
Common questions
How do I know if I need a bigger service?
Frequent tripping, a full panel with no spare spaces, or plans for a high-load addition like an EV charger or heat pump are the usual signs. We can check your load and tell you.
Will the power be off?
Yes, for the changeover. We schedule it and keep it as short as we can.
Is a permit required?
Panel and service changes need an electrical permit and inspection, and we arrange it.
