Home/Services/Renovations & new construction

Electrical for renovations and new construction.

From a single renovated room to a complete new build, we wire it to code, to schedule and in step with the other trades.

One electrician, start to finish

Good electrical work starts with the plan: where the panel sits, how the circuits are laid out and where lighting and outlets go before the walls close. We work with homeowners, builders and renovators to get that right the first time.

What is included

  • Layout and load planning for new builds and major renovations
  • Rough-in wiring before drywall, and finish work after
  • Service and panel sizing for the new or expanded space
  • Lighting design, pot lights, switches and outlets
  • Provisions for EV chargers, heat pumps and future needs
  • Permits, inspections and deficiency sign-off

Working with your schedule

Construction runs on timing. We coordinate rough-in and finish with your builder or other trades so electrical never holds the project up.

Common questions

Do you work with builders and general contractors?

Yes. We work directly with homeowners, renovators and builders.

Can you wire a basement or a secondary suite?

Yes, including the panel and service capacity the suite needs.

Who arranges the inspection?

We do. We handle the permit and the electrical inspection as part of the work.
